Highly design 1 bedroom APT near Montmartre

Hi everybody, I created this blog for you to be able to take a look at the place I am offering. If you plan to stay in Paris for a while this is the place you want to be! enjoy the summer here while feeling at home! forget about a hotel, and live in paris as if you had your own place! The apartment is located on the fifth floor and has everything you need, newly renovated, it has hard wood floor, a fully equipped American kitchen (with all accessories) that leads to the living room. Washing-machine, cable TV, a high speed internet connection, new PC with wide screen, and you can call most countries in Europe for free thanks to my internet connection with my home phone, as well as anywhere in the US and Canada (home and cell phones). I have a sofa bed in the living room for two people, and a single bed in the bedroom. The bedroom is sound-proofed. The former owner was a musician… so it is pretty quiet. The apt has been completely renovated recently, and the building will also soon be. It is really sunny and there is a view on a square. Fresh and flea markets all around. The neighbourhood is great to me, it is not central Paris, but you can be there in a few minutes with the subway, just two blocks away. Montmartre is also pretty close, 5 min with subway or 15 min walk. Gare du nord and the newly renovated Gare de l’Est are also close and can take you to some great cities in Europe thanks to the high speed train, London in 2 hours, Brussels, Amsterdam, Germany etc… The Stade de France is also pretty close. the neighbourhood is friendly and really cosmopolitan, here most communities are mixed, white, Chinese, jewish, northern African and Indian people live together, so you can find exotic stores and restaurants everywhere. enjoy the neighbourhood the way you want!



Famous picture of Amelie! the "Canal St Martin" is located in the 10°arrondissement, also a walking distance from here.




This is not the view from my apt...too bad! But at least you have an idea of how close Montmartre is! just go up the hill, and you'll have the nicest view over Paris!




For the soccer or any sports aficionados, this is the greatest stadium in france, with a 80 000 visitors capacity. It will soon host the rugby world cup. It is only one subway station away. or about 25 min walk.
