This is not the first time I've been renting my apt, so if you have any doubts, I can answer all your questions and give you email addresses of people that have already stayed here. they all have enjoyed it here!!! do not hesitate to ask me for further information.

the kitchen

fully equipped kitchen. all kitchen utensils, 2 woks, pots and pans...
1 automatic expresso machine(senseo), and an italian coffee machine.
Fridge and small freezer. 4 vitroceramic heaters. microwave with a grill function. toaster, etc...
all you need is already there! you can turn into a french cook! also many closets to put all your food.

the kitchen directly leads to the living room, only separated by the bar.

The living room has a stereo, cable TV, a VCR, DVD player, a home phone to call all around france for free, as well as most european countries, US and canada cell and home phones for free.
I don't have the aquarium anymore.

This is the sofa bed for two people. then the entrance of the bedroom.

These are the antique theatre chairs that replace the butterfly chair that you can see in some other pictures. recycled and renovated from an old parisian theatre!!!

the bedroom

This is the single bed. the room is sound-proofed, so you can put the music pretty loud.

I will of course leave the pc for you. It's a 1giga RAM, with a hard disk memory of 200gb.
22' wide screen, webcam, good sound system speakers, printer, scanner... High speed internet connexion, that also allows you to call most european countries for free thanks to my home phone, and canada and US cell and home phones for free, anytime you want!

Big closet to leave you stuff and put your clothes.

Frosted glasse sliding door that leads to the bathroom. and some other closets.

Don't worry, when you are inside the bathroom, it is impossible to see what is happening inside.

Fully equipped bathroom, with washing machine, closets.

The toilet is also in the bathroom, sorry I don't have any picture! lol.

All towels, linens, etc will of course be provided.

the view from the apt.

This used to be the chair I had before to relax, but I recently replaced it with antique theatre chairs.

Take a rest on the bench I made my self! we need to use every little space in paris as the apts are small...

This is the view I have from the living room, southbound, so really sunny all day long. There is no other building right in front of mine, so you can enjoy the view on this square.

Famous picture of Amelie! the "Canal St Martin" is located in the 10°arrondissement, also a walking distance from here.

This is not the view from my apt...too bad! But at least you have an idea of how close Montmartre is! just go up the hill, and you'll have the nicest view over Paris!

For the soccer or any sports aficionados, this is the greatest stadium in france, with a 80 000 visitors capacity. It will soon host the rugby world cup. It is only one subway station away. or about 25 min walk.

Those two pictures were taken at the entrance of the subway station. you can have a global view of the neighbourhood.

This is the old swimming pool, located 50m away from the building, right at the corner. it's been renovated on the art deco basis, respecting its original architecture. the roof is open during hot summer days.

This is the fresh market, located in an old typical iron structure, build during the same period as the eiffel tower. the fresh market is open 6 days a week.
